Thank you for adopting a treasure from Lila Bear! Every item is carefully cleaned, restored, and packaged by hand right here in Ojai, California. We pack each package with love to ensure your new companion arrives safely at your doorstep.
Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a notification email with tracking information the moment your package hits the post office.
Shipping Rates & Methods
We ship standard mail via USPS to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your package.
Standard Shipping: Generally takes 3–7 business days once handed over to the carrier, depending on your location.
Ojai Locals: If you are a local Ojai resident and want to arrange a local pickup/drop-off to save on shipping, please email us before ordering!

In alignment with our mission to protect our planet and save items from landfills, we prioritize sustainable shipping materials. Your package may arrive in recycled, recyclable, or compostable packaging. We believe true luxury shouldn't cost the Earth.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed over to USPS, the journey is out of our hands. Lila Bear is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit if the tracking status shows "Delivered."
If your item arrives severely damaged due to carrier handling, please take photos of the box and the item immediately and email us at robleschantal@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can help you file a claim.
