Lila Bear Return Policy

Welcome to the Lila Bear family! Because our treasures are vintage, uniquely restored, and pre-loved, they carry a bit of history with them. We believe their unique flaws—whether it's a slightly faded patch of fur or a missing original button—are what make them special.

We work incredibly hard to document every detail. Please read all product descriptions and review photos carefully before making your purchase, as all noted flaws and characteristics are considered final sale.

🧸 Returns & Eligibility

If you are not completely satisfied with your new companion for a reason not noted in the description, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the exact same condition you received it (no added wear, alterations, or washing).

  • It must include any original Lila Bear tags, packaging, or story cards it arrived with.

  • Please note: We cannot accept returns based on flaws, wear, or missing elements that were explicitly stated or photographed in the original product listing.

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at robleschantal@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, securely package your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it matches its original condition, we will process your refund (excluding original shipping costs) back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

💌 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged from transit, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong treasure entirely, please reach out immediately so we can make it right!
